This group of girls make life worth living and everyday I ask myself how I got so lucky to have such special people in my life. I share a bond with each and every one of them, no matter how long we've been friends, some only recently, others for my whole life. This past year we created a monthly "Girl's Night", where we stay up till 1 am eating way too much candy, laughing, and sharing the latest gossip, or so called "411."
This is Allie. Her and I have been friends ever since I can remember, as her mom babysat me as a child. We play softball together and I clearly remember as a kid Allie being the "mean one." Now she is the sweetest girl I know and is always there for me when I need to talk. She never judges and is a great listener. She is the person that when I am down will make sure to lift me up, as she is by far the one that I always laugh with. Whenever we're together we always end up having so called "abs" from laughing so hard. I love this girl so much and she is what I call a friend for life.
This is my cousin Emilee. I also have known this girl practically since I was born. Her mother and my father are siblings, so naturally we grew up together. I have by far the most memories with this girl, from sleeping over at our grandparents as kids and basically "living" there during the summer. We know anything and everything about each other, even the most deepest secrets. We fight like sisters, talk like best friends, and love each other no matter what.
This is Morgan. Her and I have had our ups and downs at times, but that was way back in middle school. She is the one who I always gossip with about boys, as do any of my friends. Both of us have ties to Woodsville so we're always going to events together, so we're not alone. Over Summer 2014 we bonded a lot, as we both had driver's education together. We have made so many memories and each tell each other straight up how we feel about anything. We share a great love for softball and that is something that I am so grateful for each and every year.
This is my friend Christle. Her and I have just recently over the past year become close, as both our boyfriends' are in fact brothers. We always try to plan double dates, and once in a while we will be at our boyfriends' house at the same time. I have really come to enjoy hanging out with this girl and I learn more about her each day. We only play one sport together, softball, and always end up being partners in it. Our most recent girl's night was at Christle's where we spent the night hanging out in her barn with her cows, pigs, and horses!
This is my best friend Shelby. This past year with her has been full of laughter, memories, and many ugly pictures. I'm so glad her and I got past the rough year of "fourth grade." I don't even know how I would manage without this girl in my life. She has been there for me constantly and never fails to make me laugh at least once a day. Her and I are practically inseparable. Having classes with her all day makes the day go by faster, as we're usually doing piggy-backs down the hall or taking "ugly snaps" of each other. I love this girl to pieces am so thankful to call her one of my best friends.
